Artist's Description
What attracted me to this scene, was the way the lightmake the porch seem to glow. This is the first painting where I used a photograph taken with my new Olympus Stylus 140 camera. Because of its 140 mm telephoto lens, I was able to stand on the sidewalk and still have a clear view of the hanging plants.
